Newbrough

Our client Partner Construction had identified a requirement for land for an affordable housing scheme in the area. Buckley Burnett carried out an extensive land search identifying a number of possible options, after having meetings with several land owners to discuss their interest and any site constraints the Newbrough site was recommended to our client. We then negotiated Heads of Terms for the purchase of the land via conditional contract with the land owners agent, the site was later purchased by our client after securing planning permission and has now been fully developed.
