Kingston Park

Following an initial strategic land review undertaken for our clients Taylor Wimpey, we identified a number of sites that should be pursued further as strategic priorities and 80 acres of land to the west of Newcastle upon Tyne was subsequently secured under long term option for potential future housing. Following the identification of landowners Buckley Burnett were key in successfully negotiating the terms of the options allowing our clients to commence planning promotion of the land toward a now successful green belt deletion and grant of planning across the land for housing, with construction fo the first phases getting underway in 2018.
